Getting to know your thinking partner

As an ICF Master Certified Coach, EMCC Senior Practitioner and Supervisor, AC Master Executive Coach/Master Coach Supevisor, facilitator, mother, partner, volunteer and – human on the other side (of the screen :)), I believe that my clients are resourceful and capable of making the changes they desire.

My commitment is to support them through the process, encouraging them to find their own solutions and developing their autonomy.

My Coaching Journey

As a child, when asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, my answer was always “proofreader.”

I grew up surrounded by books and people who valued constant learning and also appreciated social life, being surrounded by and communicating with diverse people.

While I ultimately chose to study economics and management, I always found ways to participate in projects that involved communication, organization, training, and supporting the personal growth of others. Training to become a youth worker and volunteering in my community were important parts of my development.
My interest in psychology and different therapeutic approaches led me to buy many books and attend various trainings, such as basic training for transactional analyses, acceptance & commitment therapy and cognitive behavioral coaching.

Initially, when I enrolled in the first coaching training in 2015. , I intended to use coaching skills to help young people with career orientation and choosing the best options after high school.

However, I quickly fell in love with coaching and began to practice it regularly. In parallel, I developed my HR role in a corporation and started my own brand, StartPoint, which offered tailor-made programs for career coaching.

During my first pregnancy, I obtained my ICF ACC certification, and while on maternity leave, I earned my PCC. MCC and Master Executive Coach certification arrived during pregnancy – again, and Master Coach Supervisor during second maternity leave :D. (There is definitely something about credentials and babies :)).
These accomplishments have enriched my coaching practice and enabled me to support individuals and teams on a more quality and mature level.

As a mother of a curious five-year-old and a baby, I face new and exciting challenges on a daily basis that allow me to apply my coaching skills in a more personal context.

Integrating professional expertise and personal passions

I currently work as a coach, mentor, supervisor, and assessor — supporting both emerging and advanced coaches in their professional development.

I’m coaching leaders at all levels on several coaching platforms. Occasionally, I take on side projects that align with my passions and offer avenues for personal and professional growth.

On a more personal side, I enjoy silly dancing with my daughter, cuddling with my baby, reading, writing, listening to good music, walking in nature with our dog, relaxing in a hammock with a can of beer somewhere in the woods, or simply sipping a glass of white wine on the balcony in the evening with my partner.

While this introduction may seem lengthy, my hope is that it resonates with someone, sparking a connection, intriguing conversation, or simply providing a moment for reflection and insight. Feel free to reach out, share, or connect — I’d love to hear from you.
