Experience Supervision

Who am I as a coaching supervisor?

I work with coaches, mentors, assessors and leaders who want time to reflect on their practice, their personal and professional development, and how these influence each other.

We can explore a relationship, an ethical dilemma, expectations from yourself and others, or where you are in relation to ICF, EMCC or AC competencies. You can bring something uncomfortable, a question about your work, or an experience you want to understand from more perspectives.

There is also time to recognise what you do well, appreciate your contribution, and give attention to yourself while supporting others.

Supervison with me…

I am an EMCC-accredited supervisor and AC Master Coach Supervisor and also have ICF CSS recognition. My work as a coach, mentor and assessor brings different perspectives into our conversations. I know the experience of having my practice assessed, questioning my competence and finding my own way of working. These are topics I bring to my own supervision too.

Reflective practice is part of my everyday life and much of what I write and create. I’m interested in how who we are as people shapes the way we work, and how our work changes us.

Building our relationship matters to me. I see us as two humans, each bringing experience and perspectives, with a sense of equality. I bring responsibility as a supervisor, and we shape our work together, building trust and openness to different views.

We may talk, write, use photographs, explore a metaphor or bring nature into our reflection. We choose what works for you and the topic you bring.

How we can work together:

  • Individual supervision

Time to reflect on your practice, relationships, professional identity and your own needs within the work (and life :)).

  • Group supervision

Reflecting with colleagues, exploring your questions and learning through different experiences and perspectives.

  • Supervision for team coaches

Reflecting on your work with teams, relationships with stakeholders and co-coaches, and how you respond to the dynamics you encounter.

Specific programs and services I developed:

Supervision for Mentor Coaches and Assessors

A service that grew from my own mentoring and assessment questions and experiences. We explore judgment, bias, fairness, ethical dilemmas and the responsibility of supporting someone’s development while evaluating their work.

With the ICF changes taking effect in 2027, mentor coaches will carry greater responsibility for evaluating and documenting coaching competence. I believe supervision is needed more than ever as we take on this responsibility: time to examine our decisions, explore uncertainty and reflect on how we support coaches while upholding professional standards.

You can find more details here.

Reflective Playground

A group supervision programme for shared reflection and experimenting with different ways of learning from practice. You can bring a topic or learn through what others bring. Together, we shape how we work, with freedom to choose what you share and how you participate.

Let’s explore how we could work together.
